For recognised youth work

• As from 15 months prior to the actual date.

Recognised youth work refers to initiatives that have been recognised as youth work initiatives by a local, provincial or Flemish authority.

Other Belgian youth groups, school groups and healthcare groups

• During the school year and not in weekends: as from 15 months prior to the actual date.
• In holiday periods or weekends: as from 8 months prior to the actual date.

Sociocultural organisations, foreign youth and school groups, companies and foreign adult groups:

• During the school year and not in weekends: as from 12 months prior to the actual date.
• In holiday periods or weekends: as from 8 months prior to the actual date.
